There has been decline in Character, Integrity and a worthy attitude over the last 10 years, it seem as though the ones who are supposed to be imprisoned and shamed are the ones being celebrated, we understand that this can have a cancerous effect on the kind of citizens and leaders that are coming behind and the Institute is a call and answer to this problem.

Core Values and Value Systems are often the foundational building blocks for a conviction, and without conviction, there can be no lasting change.
